The manual just states U110. The defective part is a CS8122 voltage regulator from ON Semiconductor. On their website this part is listed as obsolete. I've all-ready contacted digikey but they don't have this voltage regulator in stock anymore. So I'm sure there must be a compatible replacement for this. That's all I need.
