LT1013x器件是双精度运算放大器,具有高增益,低电源电流,低噪声和低失调电压温度系数。
LT1013x器件可以采用5 V单电源供电;共模输入电压范围包括接地,输出也可以摆动到几毫伏的接地范围内。消除了交叉失真。 LT1013x可以采用双±15 V和单5V电源供电。
LT1013C和LT1013D的工作温度范围为0°C至70°C。 LT1013DI的工作温度范围为-40°C至105°C。 LT1013M,LT1013AM和LT1013DM的工作温度范围为55°C至125°C。
